Dear Friends and Family,

If you take any advice from me for a new year’s resolution, go vegan.  Veganism is an amazing experience both physically and emotionally, and I wish the awareness, happiness, health, and peace that this lifestyle brings upon everyone I know. There are endless resources available, and I am more than happy to provide them to anyone who asks, along with moral support.  Becoming vegan was the best and most important decision I have ever made.  I care about your health, your happiness, and I care about the millions of animals that suffer needlessly.  A whole foods, plant-based diet will make you feel (and look!) better than you ever have before. There is nothing in this world more rewarding than living compassionately.  If you do one thing in the new year, please go vegan, it makes every day of my life better, and it will yours, too.
